Anton Pann had various haircuts during his career. He became famous as an excellent linguist, composer, musicologist, poet, publisher, translator, teacher, folklorist, lexicographer, writer and music critic. However, the Ottoman-born Wallachian composer, musicologist, poet, publisher, translator, and schoolteacher was especially known for his unique looks and his likable character.
