Antonie van Leeuwenhoek had various hairstyles during his lifetime. He reached fame as an excellent biologist, scientist, inventor and physicist. Nevertheless, the Dutch tradesman and scientist was mostly known for his unique sense of fashion and his pleasant character. Before his tragic demise at the age of 91 he was frequently featured in the press due to his outstanding haircuts.
