Carl Ludwig Schleich had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He was well celebrated as a talented philosopher, poet, painter, surgeon, essayist, memoirist, anesthesiologist, author, university teacher, writer and gynaecologist. However, the German surgeon was mostly known for his exceptional looks and his pleasant personality. Before his tragic passing at age 63 he was repeatedly in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids due to his fine haircuts.
