Cornelis Kiliaan had a variety of different hairstyles during his lifetime. He was most celebrated as a world-class translator, lexicographer, writer and historian. Nevertheless, the 16th-century writer from the Southern Netherlands was especially known for his beautiful sense of fashion and his charming personality.
