Ella Fitzgerald had various hairstyles during her career. She reached fame as a world-class singer-songwriter, composer, conductor, bandleader, jazz musician and singer. However, the American jazz singer was especially known for her unusual fashion sense and her likable character. Before her tragic passing at the age of 79 she was frequently in the spotlight of the press because of her exceptionally hair.
