Helge Ingstad had many different hairstyles during his lifetime. He was most recognized as an excellent explorer, archaeologist, jurist, writer and lawyer. However, the Norwegian explorer was particularly known for his unusual fashion sense and his pleasant character. Before his death at the age of 102 he was again and again in the spotlight of tabloids due to his outstanding hair.
